Heather Wilson Schiltz is a lifelong rider and a driving force in motorsports communications and marketing. As the CEO of High Gear Success, she works tirelessly to help event organizers, racers and motorsports companies get noticed, improve operations and increase revenue. Her contributions to the industry were recently celebrated with the Powersports Business 40 Under 40 Award -- a testament to her influence and impact.

Heather’s deep industry knowledge spans multiple perspectives: whether it's riders/racers, dealerships, event organizers, trade associations, manufacturers, aftermarket companies or media, she understands the challenges and opportunities that shape the motorsports landscape. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, with specializations in public relations and marketing.
